We just got back from China last night! There are a ton of photos to post so it may take a bit to go through all of them. Until then, here are the pictures I took of Ty last Friday when he turned 8 months! He is getting very close to crawling and will easily push himself up on his hands and knees. He likes to rock back and forth and then take a flying leap (you will see this on the video at the bottom). He took a 1 month hiatus on saying "mama", but in this last week it's in full effect! We are currently working on "Dada" but not getting very far just yet :) I let him practice with the sippy cup after lunch and he loves it because he knows how to drink from it now and he likes to chew on the spout because he is still teething pretty bad (no sign of teeth just yet). It's hard to believe our lil' man is growing up so fast!

Hi Tara--still so amazed at how much traveling you and little Ty are doing. You definitely deserve the "Best Military Mommy" award! Ty is adorable, and it is so fun keeping up with you guys on here. Hopefully I'll get around to starting a blog one of these days from the great state of Ohio... Looking forward to your pics of China! Miss you! Love, Allison
